The City of Luxville has been shaken to the core as the artists of Luxville demand their city be returned to them. The artists of Luxville no longer want to be in the servitude of the economy. They believe that their city can live boldly by embracing the different, revelling in the fantastical and being, above all, brave enough to risk and fail so that they may succeed at something better than the bottom line.
